What’s the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an OBM?

In short, a virtual assistant is a do-er and implementer of tasks or projects delegated to them – whether administrative, creative, or technical – depending on the VA’s experience and specialties. They need to have the task defined, delegated and managed. An online business manager is more involved in the day-to-day running and management of your business, the long-term planning and bigger picture, project and team management, decision-making, and freeing up your time. The OBM implements through management and delegation as much as possible to make sure everything gets done on schedule.
