I got my first job at 16 and secured my first management position at 19. In this role, I started with a small team, which quickly grew to a team of 20, and most of that team were older than me!

By 24, I was one of the youngest people to complete Anita Roddick’s Body Shop Management fast-track program.
Over the next 20 years, I worked in senior management roles across Australia and the US – streamlining businesses and restructuring teams.
After the birth of my son in 2017, I re-orientated my whole life and work to be with him. I started working remotely and have been doing so ever since.

My core belief is that each person has a unique gift inside of them, and a purpose to bring that forward into the world.
